Well, Another Week Has Passed By

I know that a lot of you keep online journals because you are the types who enjoy recording your thoughts and dramas in a way that other people can read it. I imagine that it must be really easy for you guys to make entries fairly regularly, and willingly, of course.

I am one of those people who would not be keeping an online journal if I had been left to my own devices. But instead, we thought it might be entertaining if we blogged for you guys who like to read things we write, or whatever. But I must say that I find it difficult to think of things to talk about sometimes. I strongly suspect that the other writers have a hard time, as well. Specifically xv bones, who will be destroyed if he puts it off for much longer.

So, what has happened to me in the past week? Why, I was cursed by my 92 year old four-and-a-half foot tall grandmother on Easter. She was whining about the cruelty of aging and said "look what you have to look forward to when you are 92, Amanda." I said that I doubted I'd make it to that age, and she snapped her head my way, fixed me with a cold, piercing gaze, and said "Oh YES you will." And I felt that vague sense of panic that you get when you hear an Absolute Truth or when you are literally cursed.

Well, at least you guys can look forward to at least 67 more years of me blogging! Hooray!
